Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as custom orders or deposits such as: custom fabricated items, gift cards, any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Deposit Policy
We generally accept a 50% deposit for custom fabricated items. The deposit amount may vary depending on the specific situation. Balance is due at the time of installation. If your item is completed and being shipped, we will contact you to request the balance due plus shipping costs prior to shipping. Please pay this amount at your earliest convenience so we can send your item to you. If you do not pay the remaining amount due within 30 days after we notify you that the remaining balance is due, interest charges will apply. After 90 days, we maintain the right to turn the account over to a collection agency. This policy is necessary because of the possibility that it may be difficult to find other buyers for unique items. In the event that the deposit is for custom fabrication (such as a hard top, t-top, tower, etc.) and the work is not completed due to the customer’s inability to schedule work, hindering progress, lack of response, or failure to provide us with access to the vessel/truck, within 6 months, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be returned.

We warrant that our products will be free of defects in design and manufacturing for as long as you own your boat. In cases of negligence and/or abuse, time and material will be charged for all repairs. In case of defects, we will, at our option, repair or replace your product or the defective component. You must contact us and provide us with the necessary details so we can determine the best course of action prior to initiating the warranty repair. All work must be authorized in advance. For items that we elect to replace, we will do our best to ensure the fastest possible replacement, but it may take several months to have your item replaced due to manufacturing and shipping lead times. We are not responsible for costs due to delays in replacing your product.

Our products are hand-crafted. As such, there may be minor imperfections or variances from the specifications. These minor issues will not be considered to be defects for the purposes of this warranty as long as they do not materially impact the functionality of the equipment.

We will accept returns of standard goods for any reason if the product is unused as long as you return it to us, postage/shipping prepaid, after notifying us and requesting a return authorization within 15 days of receipt of your goods. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the notice and return authorization. After your goods have been received and verified to be unused, we will refund your purchase price. Shipping costs are your responsibility. Examples of standard goods are those items we normally stock for immediate sale, such as Rod Holders, Bolt-On Rod Racks, or In-Bed Truck Racks.

We are not obligated to accept returns of custom or special order goods. Please be sure you understand any drawings supplied to you prior to purchasing custom goods. Payment of deposits for custom goods is taken as acceptance of the designs provided to you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
